nlh.poker（以下「本サービス」）の利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本サービスを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）に適用されます。ユーザーは、本サービスへのアクセスまたは利用を開始した時点で、本規約のすべての条項に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、直ちに本サービスの利用を中止してください。
本規約において、以下の用語は以下の意味を有します。
本サービスの利用には、所定の方法による登録が必要です。登録時には、本規約への同意が必要です。虚偽の情報で登録した場合、運営者は事前の通知なくアカウントを無効化または削除することができます。
未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、法定代理人の同意を得たうえで利用するものとします。法定代理人の同意なく利用した場合に生じた一切の問題について、運営者は責任を負いません。
本サービスは、娯楽および教育を目的としたオンラインポーカーシミュレーションです。本サービスは賭博行為を一切目的としておらず、また賭博行為を助長、推奨、支援するものではありません。
ユーザーは、本サービスを賭博その他の違法行為の手段として利用してはなりません。本サービスの利用に関連して賭博行為が行われた場合、その責任はすべて当該行為を行ったユーザーに帰属し、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
本サービスで使用される仮想通貨等は、サービス内での娯楽目的にのみ使用される仮想的なものであり、現金、暗号資産、電子マネー、有価証券、商品券その他の財産的価値を有するものではありません。
仮想通貨等を現金その他の価値あるものと交換すること、または交換を試みることは固く禁じられています。仮想通貨等は譲渡、売買、贈与、相続の対象とはなりません。
1人につき1アカウントのみ利用できます。複数アカウントの作成・保有・使用は禁止です。アカウントの第三者への譲渡、貸与、売買、共有は一切禁止です。
ユーザーは自己の責任においてアカウント情報（認証情報を含む）を厳重に管理するものとします。アカウントの不正使用、第三者による使用、管理不備に起因する損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
運営者は、以下の場合にユーザーのアカウントを事前の通知なく利用制限、停止または削除することができます。
ユーザーは、以下の各号に該当する行為またはそのおそれのある行為を行ってはなりません。
運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合またはそのおそれがあると合理的に判断した場合、事前の通知なく、以下の措置の全部または一部を講じることができます。
運営者は、違反の有無および措置の内容に関する判断理由を開示する義務を負いません。また、当該措置によりユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
運営者は、本サービスの不正利用の防止および調査のため、アクセスログ、操作履歴、通信記録その他の利用状況を記録・確認することがあります。
本サービスに関するすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、画像、音声、映像、デザイン、ロゴ、ソフトウェア、プログラム、データベースを含むがこれに限らない）に関する著作権、商標権、特許権その他一切の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
ユーザーは、運営者の事前の書面による承諾なく、本サービスのコンテンツの全部または一部を複製、改変、翻案、公衆送信、頒布、譲渡、貸与、二次利用することはできません。
運営者は、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく、本サービスの内容、仕様、機能、デザイン、ルール、仮想通貨等の付与条件・バランスその他一切の事項を変更することができます。
運営者は、以下の場合を含むがこれに限らず、事前の通知なくサービスの全部または一部を一時的にまたは永続的に停止、中断または終了することができます。
サービスの変更、中断、終了によりユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
本サービスは「現状有姿」（AS IS）で提供されるものであり、運営者は、明示的であると黙示的であるとを問わず、以下の事項を含む一切の保証を行いません。
本サービスの利用または利用不能に起因または関連して生じた一切の損害（直接損害、間接損害、偶発的損害、特別損害、懲罰的損害、逸失利益、データの損失を含むがこれに限らない）について、運営者は、その原因の如何を問わず、一切の責任を負いません。
前項の規定にかかわらず、消費者契約法その他の強行法規の適用により運営者の責任が免除できない場合であっても、運営者の責任は、当該ユーザーが本サービスに対して過去12か月間に支払った金額を上限とします。無料で本サービスを利用しているユーザーについては、運営者の損害賠償責任の上限は0円とします。
ユーザーは、自己の本サービスの利用、本規約への違反、または第三者の権利侵害に起因または関連して、運営者が被った損害、費用、経費（合理的な弁護士費用を含む）の一切について、運営者を補償し、防御し、免責するものとします。
運営者は、本サービスの提供、改善および不正防止のために、ユーザーのアクセスログ、操作履歴、端末情報その他の利用データを収集・保存・分析することがあります。
運営者は、ユーザーのプレイデータ（スタッツ、行動ログ等）を収集し、個人を特定できない形式に加工したうえで、サービスの品質向上、新機能の開発、統計的分析その他のサービス改善の目的で利用することがあります。
運営者は、ユーザーの同意なく、個人を特定できる形でデータを第三者に提供することはありません。データの取り扱いの詳細については、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
ユーザーは、お問い合わせページを通じて、いつでも自己のデータの削除を依頼することができます。ただし、法令上の義務の履行その他の正当な目的のために必要な範囲でデータが保持される場合があります。
本サービス上に保存されたユーザーのデータ（仮想通貨等の残高、ゲーム履歴、設定情報を含む）について、運営者はバックアップ、復旧またはその永続的な保存の義務を負いません。ユーザーは、自己の責任においてデータを管理するものとします。
ユーザーは所定の方法により、いつでもアカウントを削除することができます。アカウントの削除後、当該アカウントに関連するデータ（仮想通貨等の残高を含む）は復旧できません。
アカウント削除後も、運営者は法令上の義務の履行、紛争解決、不正利用の調査等の正当な目的のために必要な範囲でデータを保持することがあります。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーの個別の同意を得ることなく、いつでも本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
変更後に本サービスの利用を継続した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。重要な変更がある場合、運営者はサービス内での通知等の合理的な方法により周知に努めますが、周知の有無にかかわらず、変更後の規約はすべてのユーザーに適用されます。
天災地変、火災、停電、戦争、テロ行為、暴動、労働争議、感染症の蔓延、法令の制定・改廃、政府の行為、通信回線の障害、サイバー攻撃、第三者サービスの障害その他運営者の合理的な支配を超える事由により、本規約上の義務の全部または一部の履行が遅延し、または不能となった場合、運営者はその責任を負いません。
本規約のいずれかの条項が管轄裁判所により無効、違法または執行不能と判断された場合であっても、当該条項以外の規定の有効性、合法性および執行可能性には何ら影響を及ぼさないものとします。無効と判断された条項は、当該条項の趣旨に最も近い有効な内容に読み替えられるものとします。
運営者が本規約のいずれかの条項に基づく権利を行使しない場合、または行使を遅延した場合であっても、当該権利を放棄したものとはみなされません。権利の一部の行使も、他の権利または同一の権利のその後の行使を妨げるものではありません。
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関するユーザーと運営者との間の完全な合意を構成し、本サービスの利用に関する従前の一切の合意、了解、表明に優先します。
本規約の成立、効力、解釈および履行については、日本法を準拠法とします。
本サービスまたは本規約に関連して生じた一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all users (each, a "User") of nlh.poker (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set forth below.
You must register using the method specified by the Operator to use the Service. Registration requires agreement to these Terms. If you register with false information, the Operator may disable or delete your account without prior notice.
If a minor uses the Service, they must do so with the consent of their legal guardian. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from use without such consent.
The Service is an online poker simulation intended for entertainment and educational purposes. The Service is not intended for gambling, nor does it promote, recommend, or support gambling in any way.
Users must not use the Service as a means of gambling or any other illegal activity. If gambling occurs in connection with use of the Service, all responsibility rests with the User who engaged in such conduct, and the Operator assumes no liability whatsoever.
Virtual Currency, etc. available in the Service consists of virtual units for entertainment purposes within the Service only. They have no monetary value and are not cash, cryptocurrency, electronic money, securities, gift certificates, or any other asset with monetary value.
Exchanging Virtual Currency, etc. for cash or anything of value, or attempting to do so, is strictly prohibited. Virtual Currency, etc. may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or inherited.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating, holding, or using multiple accounts is prohibited. Transferring, lending, selling, or sharing an account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for securely managing account information, including authentication credentials. The Operator assumes no liability for damages arising from unauthorized use, use by third parties, or inadequate account management.
The Operator may restrict, suspend, or delete a User's account without prior notice in the following cases:
Users must not engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following:
If the Operator reasonably determines that a User has violated these Terms or is likely to do so, it may take any or all of the following measures without prior notice:
The Operator is not obligated to disclose the reasons for its determination of a violation or the measures taken. The Operator assumes no liability for damages incurred by Users as a result of such measures.
To prevent and investigate unauthorized use, the Operator may record and review access logs, operation history, communication records, and other usage data.
All intellectual property rights in the Content of the Service (including text, images, audio, video, designs, logos, software, programs, and databases) are owned by the Operator or their rightful owners.
Users may not reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly transmit, distribute, transfer, lend, or otherwise reuse any part of the Content without prior written consent from the Operator.
The Operator may change any aspect of the Service—including content, specifications, features, design, rules, and terms for granting or balancing Virtual Currency, etc.—without prior notice to Users.
The Operator may temporarily or permanently suspend, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice, including but not limited to the following cases:
The Operator assumes no liability for damages incurred by Users due to changes, suspension, or termination of the Service.
The Service is provided "AS IS," and the Operator makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the following:
The Operator assumes no liability for any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, lost profits, and data loss) arising from or related to use or inability to use the Service, regardless of cause.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Operator's liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law such as the Consumer Contract Act, the Operator's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the preceding 12 months. For Users who use the Service free of charge, the cap on the Operator's liability for damages shall be zero yen.
Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from all damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by the Operator arising from or related to the User's use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
The Operator may collect, store, and analyze access logs, operation history, device information, and other usage data to provide, improve, and secure the Service.
The Operator may collect play data (stats, action logs, etc.), process it into a form that does not identify individuals, and use it to improve service quality, develop new features, and conduct statistical analysis.
The Operator will not provide data that identifies individuals to third parties without User consent. For details, please see the Privacy Policy.
Users may request deletion of their data at any time through the contact page. However, data may be retained to the extent necessary for legal obligations or other legitimate purposes.
The Operator has no obligation to back up, restore, or permanently store User data on the Service (including Virtual Currency, etc. balances, game history, and settings). Users are responsible for managing their own data.
Users may delete their account at any time using the method specified by the Operator. After deletion, data associated with the account (including Virtual Currency, etc. balances) cannot be recovered.
After account deletion, the Operator may retain data to the extent necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, investigation of unauthorized use, and other legitimate purposes.
The Operator may change these Terms at any time without individual User consent when deemed necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, the Operator will endeavor to notify Users through reasonable means such as in-service notices; however, revised Terms apply to all Users regardless of whether notice is given.
The Operator shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, power outages, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, enactment or amendment of laws, government acts, communication failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party services.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be construed to reflect its intent as closely as possible in valid form.
Failure or delay by the Operator in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. Partial exercise of a right shall not preclude further exercise of that or any other right.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating thereto.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over all disputes arising in connection with the Service or these Terms.
