nlh.poker（以下「本サービス」）のプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本サービスを運営する者（以下「運営者」）が、ユーザーの情報をどのように収集、使用、保存、共有および保護するかについて定めるものです。本サービスを利用することにより、ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
本ポリシーに同意いただけない場合は、本サービスの利用を中止してください。
運営者は、本サービスの提供、運営、改善および安全性の確保のために、以下の情報を収集します。

運営者は、サービスの改善および不正防止のために、上記以外の情報を追加で収集する場合があります。その場合、本ポリシーを更新するか、別途通知を行います。

また、運営者はユーザーのプレイデータ（スタッツ、行動ログ等）を個人を特定できない形式に加工したうえで、サービスの品質向上、新機能の開発、統計的分析その他のサービス改善の目的で利用することがあります。なお、個人を特定できない形式に加工されたデータは、業務委託先を含む第三者と共有し、サービス改善の目的で利用する場合があります。
運営者は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、情報を保存します。具体的な保存期間は以下のとおりです。
アカウント削除後であっても、法令上の義務の履行、紛争の解決、不正行為の調査その他の正当な目的のために必要な範囲で、運営者は情報を保持し続けることがあります。
運営者は、ユーザーの同意なく、個人を特定できる形でデータを第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
なお、認証サービス（AWS Cognito）は、認証処理のために必要な情報を処理します。運営者は、業務委託先に対して情報の適切な管理を求めますが、当該第三者の行為について直接の責任を負うものではありません。
運営者は、個人情報の保護のため、商業的に合理的な範囲で以下のセキュリティ対策を実施しています。
ただし、インターネット上のデータ送信および電子的な保存方法に絶対的な安全性はありません。運営者は情報の安全性の確保に最善を尽くしますが、セキュリティの完全性を保証するものではなく、不正アクセス、ハッキング、データの漏洩その他のセキュリティ侵害により生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
ユーザーは、適用法令に基づき、以下の権利を有します。ただし、法令上の例外事由に該当する場合、または運営者の正当な利益（不正行為の調査、法的義務の履行等）のために必要な場合には、運営者は請求の全部または一部を拒否できるものとします。
ユーザーは、アカウントの削除とは別に、お問い合わせページを通じて、いつでも自己のプレイデータその他の個人データの削除を依頼することができます。運営者は、法令上の義務の履行その他の正当な目的のために必要な範囲を除き、合理的な期間内に当該データを削除します。
アカウントの削除は、設定ページから行うことができます。アカウント削除後は、復旧することはできません。なお、第4条に定めるとおり、アカウント削除後も一定の情報は保持される場合があります。
権利行使の請求は、お問い合わせページを通じて行うことができます。運営者は、本人確認のための情報を求める場合があります。
本サービスは、セッション管理および認証状態の維持のためにCookieを使用します。
運営者は、本サービスの利用状況の分析、サービスの改善、不正行為の検知のために、Cookie以外のローカルストレージ等の類似技術を使用する場合があります。
ユーザーはブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることができますが、これにより本サービスの一部または全部が正常に機能しなくなる場合があります。その場合に生じた不利益について、運営者は責任を負いません。
本サービスは、サービスの利用状況を把握しサービスの改善を目的として、Google LLC（以下「Google」）が提供するアクセス解析ツール「Google Analytics（Google アナリティクス）」を使用しています。Google Analyticsは、Cookieを使用してユーザーの本サービスの利用状況に関するデータを収集します。
Google Analyticsにより収集されるデータには、ページ閲覧数、セッション数、滞在時間、流入経路、デバイスの種類、おおよその地理的位置情報（国・地域レベル）等が含まれます。なお、本サービスではIPアドレスの匿名化（IPマスキング）を有効にしており、完全なIPアドレスはGoogleのサーバーに送信されません。
収集されたデータはGoogleのサーバーに送信・保存され、Googleのプライバシーポリシーおよびデータ処理規約に従って処理されます。Googleがデータをどのように取り扱うかについては、以下のGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
ユーザーは、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオン（以下「オプトアウトアドオン」）をブラウザにインストールすることで、Google Analyticsによるデータ収集を無効化（オプトアウト）することができます。オプトアウトアドオンは、Google Analyticsに対してデータを送信しないよう指示するものであり、本サービスの機能には影響しません。
なお、Google Analyticsにより収集されるデータは、ユーザー個人を直接特定するものではありません。ただし、Googleが別途保有するデータと組み合わせることにより個人が識別される可能性がある点についても、ユーザーは了承するものとします。
運営者は、意図的に未成年者から個人情報を収集することはありません。未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、法定代理人の同意のもとで利用するものとします。未成年者の個人情報が法定代理人の同意なく収集されたことが判明した場合、運営者は速やかに当該情報を削除する措置を講じます。
運営者は、以下の事項について責任を負いません。
運営者は、法令の改正、サービスの変更その他の事由により、ユーザーの個別の同意を得ることなく、いつでも本ポリシーを変更することができます。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内での通知等の合理的な方法により周知に努めますが、周知の有無にかかわらず、変更後の本ポリシーはすべてのユーザーに適用されます。変更後に本サービスの利用を継続した場合、ユーザーは変更後の本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
本ポリシーの解釈および適用については、日本法を準拠法とします。

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how the Operator of nlh.poker (the "Service") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects User information. In this Policy, "Operator" means the person who operates and manages the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
If you do not agree to this Policy, please discontinue use of the Service.
The Operator collects the following information to provide, operate, improve, and secure the Service.

Even after account deletion, the Operator may retain information to the extent necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, investigation of misconduct, and other legitimate purposes.

The authentication service (AWS Cognito) processes information necessary for authentication. The Operator requires contractors to manage information appropriately but does not assume direct liability for their conduct.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage on the internet is absolutely secure. While the Operator endeavors to protect information, it does not guarantee complete security and, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator, assumes no liability for damages arising from unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, or other security incidents.
Users have the following rights under applicable law. However, the Operator may refuse all or part of a request when required by legal exceptions or when necessary for legitimate interests (investigation of misconduct, fulfillment of legal obligations, etc.).
Users may request deletion of play data and other personal data at any time through the contact page. Except where retention is necessary for legal obligations or other legitimate purposes, the Operator will delete such data within a reasonable period.
Accounts may be deleted from the settings page. Accounts cannot be recovered after deletion. As stated in Section 5, certain information may be retained after account deletion.
Requests to exercise rights may be made through the contact page. The Operator may request information to verify identity.
The Service uses cookies for session management and maintaining authentication state.
The Operator may use local storage and similar technologies in addition to cookies to analyze usage, improve the Service, and detect misconduct.
Users may disable cookies through browser settings; however, some or all features of the Service may not function properly. The Operator assumes no liability for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such disabling.
The Service uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand usage and improve the Service. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data about your use of the Service.
Data collected by Google Analytics includes page views, sessions, session duration, traffic sources, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/region level). IP anonymization (IP masking) is enabled on the Service, and full IP addresses are not sent to Google's servers.
Collected data is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers and processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy and data processing terms. For how Google handles data, please see Google's privacy policy below.
Users may opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on in their browser. The add-on instructs Google Analytics not to send data and does not affect Service functionality.
Data collected by Google Analytics does not directly identify individual Users. However, Users acknowledge that an individual may be identified if Google combines such data with other data it holds.
The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Minors must use the Service with consent of a legal guardian. If it becomes known that personal information of a minor was collected without such consent, the Operator will promptly take steps to delete it.
The Operator is not liable for the following:
The Operator may change this Policy at any time without individual User consent due to legal amendments, changes to the Service, or other reasons. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on this page.
For material changes, the Operator will endeavor to notify Users through reasonable means such as in-service notices; however, the revised Policy applies to all Users regardless of whether notice is given. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
